Ayumu is currently taking care of her four children and living life in a day-to-day basis with the people around her. Student Soldiers have been deployed to explore the land and learn all they can about how the slums work, leaving her to fend herself against their ongoing questions as well as her daily life. It's summer there, so it's extremely hot and humid, making life even more miserable, but it also means the Soldier Program is opening for new recruits. Will she make up her mind to join the Program in time, or will she have to wait until it opens up again?
